We want you to love what you ordered from The Muni Store. If something isn’t quite right, you may return any product in unused condition for a refund within 15 days of your purchase date.

To start a return, send us a note at info@themunistore.com — we’re here to help. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and The Muni Store does not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds will be issued once we receive your returned item(s).

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
